Step 1: Select one of the following options:

  • Access the PQR Online SystemExternal Link / New Window and obtain the Unique Numeric Code “Código Único Numérico (CUN)” to validate the registration of your claim. (PQR Online System available in Spanish only)
  • Call Customer Service by dialing 7-47-77-77 in Bogotá; and 01-8000-18-3345 for the rest of Colombia, and you will receive the CUN to validate the registration of your claim.
  • Complete a complaint/claim form in any of the main offices for customer service where one of our staff will help you with the filing; and you will receive the CUN from our staff to validate the registration of your claim.

Step 2: Gather the following documentation:

  • Photocopy of DHL Express waybill and / or proof of delivery for shipments received in Colombia.
  • All documentation related to proof of value (copy of the original invoice from vendor or supplier, copy of retail invoice or receipt, final confirmation screen if it is an online order with proof of payment, repair bill detailed or statement of non-repair.).
  • Number (s) of merchandise series, if applicable.
  • Inspection Report, if applicable.
